
When our practice started up we needed advice on how to get some basic marketing strategies in place. We had started operating in an intensely competitive and relatively small marketplace. Being medical practitioners we thought “marketing” was a dirty word! We were anxious to provide information about our practice without “hard sell”.
A physiotherapy colleague recommended Ideal Practice. Anthony called us promptly and patiently listened to our requirements. He then methodically explained what he could do for us and advised us about strategies we could use.
The Ideal Practice team as part of our package created a search of local referrers to help us create our database. Then we moved on to create some printed material. We wanted to let our general practice and specialist referrer base know we were there and what we offered, without being too glossy or pushy.
Our current challenge is catering for demand. We also appreciated Anthony and his team tracking down much cheaper options for printed material than we could produce with local suppliers.
